Advantage Training’s Semi-Private, Team, and Individual Programs are designed to build strength, burn fat, and improve functional performance. Efficiently. Each training session is systematically structured by our Training & Medical Director, allowing your personal trainer to deliver a custom workout with individual movement patterns, strength loads, and progression.

We work with all types of committed individuals, from stay at home parents and retired or working executives to elite athletes. Whether you want to improve your golf or tennis game, have a weight loss goal, or simply want to feel better, our programs are designed for you. "Advantage is hands down the best place for personal training in all of Scottsdale. You are learning from ex college athletes and they give you great personal attention (even if with others in a small group). They design a program that fits you unlike most trainers who just have a standard template they put every single person through. They also do a monthly assessment so you can see your improvements and gains. Where else can you workout next to the top high school players, college athletes, professional athletes from the NFL and PGA, housewives, soon to be 40 year olds like myself and everyone gets along with no egos and pushes each other to be the best.

Mark, Spencer, Brian and Bobby do an excellent job and on top of working on the body when you speak to these guys they also help you work on your mindset. Positive attitude and goal setting is something we discuss every time I am in there. I have done person training, small group training like Orange Theory and nothing comes close to Advantage. If you are serious about your fitness and health, then train with the best. This was the best decision I made and look forward to every visit. They will ensure you maximize your hour, keep in mind that is only 4% of your day. They will make sure you give 100% for that 4%."

"I am so excited for the results I have had since the beginning of September. I have not worked out in over a year due to a groin and hamstring injury. I joined advantage because I wanted to regain the balance, speed and strength I had lost. I gained so much more. The focus of building your foundation has brought my body back into symmetry. I feel stronger and more mobile than ever.

I'm only working out twice a week for 1 hour and getting more results than I ever have with any other training system. I dropped 1% of body fat and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle in the first month. The trainers all focus on making you do the reps correctly not just putting a ton of weight up. Each trainer is extremely knowledgeable in all the exercises they have me doing. "Advantage Training changed my life. I began training with them in September 2015. I’m a 55 year old that wanted to get in better shape and play better golf. While they train young athletic professional athletes from football players to PGA pros, they are also experts at helping broken down old men like me. I can truly say they went beyond my wildest expectations. They tailored a program specifically for me and my goals.

In my case we focused on hamstrings and glutes to improve my swing. They also helped me with a nutrition plan. Over the course of several months I trained 3x/week. Of course I got stronger, leaner and healthier. The amazing thing is the InBody testing that showed the results. I lost almost 20 pounds, my body fat went from 20.7% to 13.3%, my visceral fat went from level 9 to level 5. My cholesterol also dropped from 235 to 184!
