Personalized Small Group Program:

Training for the whole you

Your personalized training program is mapped out in four to six-week phases. Each exercise addresses a specific need identified in your assessment. It’s not just movement, it’s smart movement — doing the right moves in the right way to prevent injury and maximize performance.

Expert Coaching:

Sweating the technique

It all comes together in the studio– where we sweat the technique. Our certified personal trainers guide you through each step of your customized program, teaching proper form to efficiently and effectively reach your health and fitness goals. You’ll train in a small group of up to four people and one trainer, offering the camaraderie of a class with the attention of a private session.

Powering Your Performance

Whether you are striving to increase strength, tone muscles, reduce body fat, improve performance or all of the above – the results you achieve include factors beyond your in-studio training. Lifestyle choices, your quality of  sleep and eating habits impact your results. Our certified training staff will work with you on identifying best practices to power your performance and optimize your progress. If you have specific goals or challenges, our on-staff Dietician is available to work with you and develop a nutrition plan.

Our certified trainers guide athletes to deliver their highest level of performance in any sport. We work directly with elite athletes of all ages as well as teams, preparing them for competition.  Our programs improve speed, agility, power and athlete resiliency.

Every training program begins with an assessment to provide a benchmark for development and progression. We use the data collected in the assessment to measure ability, identify any issues and address areas for improvement so athletes can reach their true potential.
